Early pregnancy & Constant mucus in throat?

Has anyone experienced constant mucus or something stuck in through that you can’t seem to swallow? I’ve read that it may be post nasal drip caused by allergy so I’m taking Claritin. I’ve read that it could be acid reflux so I take tums. Today I am starting to use my humidifier to see if it’ll help. It has gotten worse since I became pregnant. Currently 12 weeks. What is it and can something treat it?
