Hurtful Comments After Announcement to Family

Hey y'all. I'm 23, pregnant with my first due in May. I'm about to graduate college in December, so I've had a lot going on the past few months. All of my friends that I have told have been more than supportive, as well as my SO's family. They all finally convinced me to tell my mom, whom though lives back in my hometown still, I've always been close with. Long story short, I'm immediately regretting it. She told me that I was being irresponsible and that I was wasting my life keeping the baby and that this was horrible and I really should think about this. I really was looking forward to her support, but i got the absolute opposite and it was heart breaking. Anyone else have this problem and what happened?
