No heartbeat

So I went to the er Sunday my HCG levels were 7052 and ultrasound show what could of been a small yolk sack I was 5 weeks and 2 days then. Went back today to get bloodwork again it was HCG 11,114 they did a ultrasound again there was growth and showed the sack at 5 weeks and 4 days witch is what I am today. I had a small bleed both times but it’s getting smaller the PA not the dr said this is a sign of a miscarriage cuz there is still no heartbeat showing. I am scared to death now have to wait two days again to get bloodwork done. He said my HCG should of been double from last time.
