Cluster of blisters

Hello. Has anyone had this happen before? I had a little “blister” and it was hurting so I popped it and there was no blood I put Vaseline and a band aid on it and a couple days later a cluster of them showed up.. it’s uncomfortable doesn’t hurt or itch.. I went to the doctor yesterday and even she was unsure she said it may be a wart and she prescribed me some ointment and I’ve been using it.. maybe I need to go to a dermatologist or something? There ugly and uncomfortable and I wish they’d go away!! Since this picture there’s been a little bit more coming up
