Food addiction ruining my life, idk what to do.

Picture this:

24 years old, 118 pounds, healthy, happy, never struggled with weight issues and could control food intake easily whenever wanted.

Fast forward to 26, 150 pounds (gained over 30) food habits are terrible, sugar is a must daily. Most days are spent tired and feeling unhappy, clothes dont fit.

Im really struggling. I know I've been through some stressors the last 2 years, my dads health has been severely up and down, I discovered my infertility and have been struggling to conceive for 3 of these 2 years, and I got a new job last year that is extremely intense and mentally drains me everyday.

I know stress can be a factor, but I am in desperate need for help on how to get my eating habits under control. I've tried soooo many diets and inevitably fail. Every. Single. Time.

I've had blood work done to check my thyroid, my hormones and whatever else could be causing the weight gain and everything comes back normal.

I need help. Im so miserable.
