Bringing up white people dying by police

A common tactic I’ve seen against black lives matter is white people specifically bringing up white people who died by police

Today I asked someone why if it’s such high numbers and so wrong and a point to speak about, why they aren’t protesting those wrongful deaths

The answer I got was “because I’m not ignorant”.

Awhile ago a CC was made around white girl magic and many white women said they feel no other connection to white women in a sense of community

Using this same understanding and knowing many black people feel tied and strong in their black identity and in the black community, is this why many white peoples do not understand a movement based around blackness?
