Another Possible Early Miscarriage..

Im soo nervous and worried.. I had a MC in September at 7weeks which was Beyond devastating.. I couldn't wait to try again. Af is due on the 14th and my birthday was on the 9th all I really wanted was a healthy bfp.. I got a faint line on my Bday and now it's just not getting darker.. I had some slight cramping earlier and fatigue along with nausea the past few days aswell.. I have an appointmemt on Thursday morning to confirm. PLEASE give me all tour prayers and baby dust✨🌈💕 Im terrified with the though that im already loosing my baby2be.. Is it possible that I just dont have enough hcg in my system since i cought it early? And maby thats why my lines are staying faint?? PLEASE any advice prayer and good thoughts are welcome!
