I am 10 days almost 11 after conception so it might still be to early but I am already having symptoms I’ve been feeling a little nausea almost every day all day different times and today the side bottom of my back has started to hurt a lot and I’ve been extremely tired that I’ve been falling asleep early as 5pm do you see anything or are my eyes playing tricks I see two lines
