Quervain’s Tenosynovitis
My hands hurt so bad, i wake up with stiff wrists and thumbs. I had never in my life heard about this before but wondering if anyone else has and can offer some suggestions? Apparently its hormone induced and common in the third trimester, new to me 🤷🏻♀️
