Ovulated, Baby Danced, now what??

I was just thinking, is there anything else can I do in the following few days after ovulation to promote “hopeful” conception?

Am I supposed to take it easy, continue on like nothing is happening, anything I should be eating or avoiding? Continue with normal weight lifting workouts I normally do, or take a couple rest days? Kind of a silly thought but I’m curious what other people have heard or do! Thanks!
