PLEASE HELP ME

_ Me and my partner brought the new clearblue monitor this month we baby danced every single day of the upcoming of my ovulation, during ovulation and just after, I’m now 7-8 Dpo I know it’s early but 3 pregnancy test all have, I mean MEGA FAINT LINES!!! It’s driving me insane because I dunno what to think but they’re all the same I’m not sure if you can see the lines but I’m sure i see lines on all these tests ones a clear blue and ones a first response. I’ve been feeling absolutely EXHAUSTED, cramping like my periods coming. TMI but constant diarrhoea and really mild nausea. Some opinions would be great ❤️
