I track BBT and my luteal phase is almost always 13-15 days. I wait until 18dpo to test since more than 18 days of high temps is a really good indicator of pregnancy. I haven’t had to waste a pregnancy test since. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Answer

Usually i start at 9 dpo but have never gotten a positive til 11-12.
