I’m pretty sure I ovulated earlier this week and not yesterday like the app says. Does this look ok or should we do it a couple more days to be safe??

Having sex every 2-3 days is ample enough to get you pregnant if your partner doesn't have a low sperm count. Sperm can live in a healthy vagina for up to 5 days, so if you start having sex too much, the new sperm can start killing the old sperm and then the new sperm die off quicker so then you have no sperm at all. Best thing to do is just make sure you have frequent sex with your partner but just don't over do it
