Toddler has 103° temp and then 93.9°?!

I noticed my daughter was suuuper warm earlier and wanted to sleep so i took her temp and she was 103. I gave her tylonel and it came down. It’s 11pm and it’s been about 5 hours since i gave her tylonel so i checked her with an ear thermometer again and it was 93.9° which didn’t seem right so i checked multiple times over and it said the same thing. I know its not broken because i checked mine a couple times as well to make sure its working and my temp was 97°. Is this normal for her to have a super high temp and then all of a sudden super low temp? Should i be worried?
