Swollen Feet

Currently 34 weeks , I just recently noticed my feet (and hands) always get swollen this has been happening for about a week. Is this normal ? I’m a ftm so I’m new to this any advice is appreciated. I also noticed I always wake up with my hands numb & my back and hips are always hurting ( to the point where I can’t even walk ) is this normal pregnancy stuff ? Or should I bring it up with my ob ?
