Dilation without losing plug?

Have any of you ladies dilated without losing your mucus plug/having a bloody show? 
I’m 39 today and as of Tuesday I wasn’t dilated, and I haven’t lost any of my plug. My next appointment is Tuesday and I’m wondering if I should get my hopes up that I’ve dilated since last week.

Has no mucus plug lost at all, my water broke, I didn’t even know I was in actual labour 😂

I was 39 +4 at my doctor apt on Friday and dilated 3cm - haven't lost my plug yet either.

I am 38+6 and on my last appointment I was 4cm 90 effaced and I still haven’t lost my mucus plug. With my daughter I never lost my mucus plug and went into labor as well

I was 1cm on Wednesday 50% effaced and just lost my plug last night. I'm 39weeks today

Yes!!! With my first I was 3cm and I didn’t lose my plug.
