Itchy palm!!

My left palm only has been getting itchy it’s not unbearable but it’s uncomfortable. I read that it could be a sign of cholestasis and that is scaring the crap out of me since I’m only 13w2d. I’ve also started to feel like throwing up but it isn’t bad and I feel hungry but I get full fast. Anybody had this happened? I sent in a message to my doctor to see what they say as well.
