Choosing a denomination

I was raised Catholic, my husband went to a combo church (Methodist and Presbyterian) when he was growing up. Neither of us kept up over the years. Well now we have two children, would like to get them baptized or christened. Just trying to figure out how to choose a denomination. Do we meet with a priest or pastor, attend services, speak to people in the congregation? Our town has Catholic, Episcopal, and Presbyterian. This was never a discussion because we originally planned on not doing anything, but we have both changed our minds. My husband is leaving the choice up to me.
