Back from mental break

My fiancé surprised me with a 4 day mini vacation to Virginia Beach. 5 hour drive was worth 4 days to rest and try to get myself together. Sadly I'm already back home with my family and slowly the dreadful feelings are coming. Trying to stay positive and happy. Trying to not "complain" or tell my fiancé anything about how i feel because i dont want to be a bother eventhough i feel like he would want me to say something. I am probably just going through the motions and I'll feel better when im dont readjusting to being home. My doggos misses me and it was nics seeing them again. I already miss VA and want to go back. Next we go to Puerto Rico with his Pa and maybe Mom too to see his family the still lives there. Looking forward to my first plane ride 😅
