Evening primrose oil experiences!?

I’m 36 weeks and I want to hear the stories and how you all did it!?

I did it religiously from 37 weeks on. Inserted the capsules AND did perineal rubs with them. I labored for 20 hours and pushed on/off for about 2 hours, small 2nd degree tear so in my experience it didn’t do a thing lol.

I stuck them up my who ha and let them pop.  I wore a panty liner at night cause they do leak.  I swear that’s why my labor was so fast.  3 pushes and she walked right out.  The active labor was only 15 minutes lol
