Any help?

So October 19th I thought it would be a good birthday present to have a my 10 wk check up. Well turns out I was measured at 6 wk with no heart beat. On the 21st I had a DNC. I was waiting for my period, when a co worker told me she never had a period after her miscarriage when she got pregnant with her son. (Who is 6 now). So I decided to download this app to give me some help. It says I should have got my period alread. I took a test but it had a faint line. I called my nurse who said its prob. Just from the miscarriage. Has anyone had this happen to them? Could I have gotten pregant so fast? I know I have to wait but it's good to hear what others have gone through. Thanks
