Ache in vagina?

So I went hiking yesterday and since then my lady part feels sore lol. Not the inside, but like the muscles around it and the pubic area and sides. Is this normal ?! 21 weeks pregnant

I had this happen around the same time (went on a long hike and started cramping). Call your nurse if possible to let them know what's up. My nurse told me to drink a big glass of water and lay down for a bit. Ended up passing out for a few hours and woke up feeling much better.

I do believe that you’re experiencing a type of cramp. I get it when I’m on my period, it almost feels like I’ve been punched in my vagina! Definitely not fun!
