Hi ladies if you have dealt with pregnancy carpal tunnel what were your symptoms?

I experienced this with my first but only in my wrist/hand for a few weeks near the end very end of my pregnancy.

This time it started much earlier 23/24weeks and is the typical hand/fingers wrist feel numb/slightly painful. But also now the underside of my forearm up to my elbow and my shoulder also feel achey and sort of painful almost like I slept badly (which is a possibility) but seems to only happen when my wrist/hand hurt too. Is the arm/shoulder pain also normal for pregnancy carpal tunnel?
