Dark brown bleeding at 7 weeks

So I’m 7 weeks pregnant and had an early scan on Saturday and everything was fine we saw a heartbeat etc.

On Sunday afternoon I went to the toilet and on wiping I noticed brown blood. It wasn’t as heavy as a period but it was enough for me to notice. I had a few hours of really light brown spotting at around 5 weeks and it wasn’t like this.

I called the maternity centre would said because it’s early pregnancy they don’t deal with it and to call 111 - I called and got out to primary care who said I am starting with BV. I am almost 100% certain I’m not because I think I’d know about it.

Overnight there has been nothing on my pad but when wiping there is still dark drown blood/discharge.

I’m just getting myself worked up and worried that something is wrong and I know brown blood is a good sign as it’s old blood.

Does anyone have any advice or has gone through something similar at around 7 weeks?
