Plan B didn’t work

Hi all.
I took plan B after a night with my husband that didn’t go as planned and well.. it didn’t work.
I’m pregnant 😅
We have a one year old and didn’t plan on trying for another year. We are super happy though and believe it was meant to be.
I know plan B isn’t 100% effective but it was still shocking!
I just wanted to know if this happened to anyone else ?!
