IVF cycle without menopur

Has anyone done an IVF cycle without menopur ? My protocol is 225 gonal f and on day 5 or so I will be adding orgalutran which is the medication that stops u from premature ovulation . My doctor said I do not need menopur and at the time I didn't think to ask why. I am planning to ask why I just have to wait till next week . Any ideas why menopur would not be used ? I'm 31 , unexplained infertility and get a normal LH surge every cycle. FSH has always been within normal range.
