Anyone Know???

Can a kidney infection cause lower back pain? Sometimes I’ll have a burning feeling down there, only sometimes though. Yesterday morning I woke up to a horrible dull pain in my lower stomach and it was going into my lower back. It got that bad that when I was peeing, it caused a sharp pain in the middle part of my lower stomach if that makes sense? It felt like I had to push something out. I’ll get better for a few days and then the exact same pain will come out of no where again. I’ve noticed though, it always happens a few days after I finish my period. It’s kind of unpredictable.
