So painful!! what is it?

The area with the pink dot but more to my right side (rather then centre) is so painful.

It started days ago when I was asleep in bed and turned over. It felt like it ripped!! Ever since then I’ve had a dull pulling ache that gets worse and feels like a stabbing ripping pain. It doesn’t matter if I sit, stand or lay down.

Today the pain is more awful when I lay down.

Any idea what it is. I’ve called my midwife but they’ve not got back to me.

I’m currently 25weeks pregnant
