Returning to TTC after D&C ?’s

So I had my D&C 5/28. My two-week check up is this Thursday. My spotting stopped like 4 days ago, although it was kinda off and on until that point. I’ve been kinda crampy the last 2 days like my period is about to start. Could it start this soon? Or possibly ovulating soon? It’s different than the uterus contractions I’ve had. My hpt’s are still + although they’ve faded A LOT over the last week. I started having sex again a week after my surgery but we’re pulling out until my dr appt. thoughts?
