Scrambled eggs and strawberries. They’re still two of her favorite foods now at 3 years old lol for lunch that day she had a peanut butter sandwich and veggie sticks and dinner was chicken, steamed carrots, and sweet potatoes.

My daughter Had aptamil porridge from 4.5 months . She loved it and it really helped with her colic

My boyo was around 7 months.we did purees at 5months. He would naw on broccoli and French fries. Also avocado which he hates to this day.

First food is when babies are younger than 1 year old usually between 4-6 months. FYI, a toddler id actually from 1 to 3 years old.
