Almond, oat or coconut milk?
I know this is a pediatrician question which I plan on asking next time we see her a week after she turns 1, but I don’t want to get her on cow milk, I prefer to keep her off of it, but not all dairy, just the milk, she’ll still have cheese and yogurts with cow milk, but ice cream and milk is what I want to keep dairy free. Has anybody talked to their doc yet about plant based mills and if they need extra supplement drops in them? Like vitamin D for example?
