I'm confused. Help?

So I recently just got with someone that I thought I liked. In the time we were together, I started realizing I was falling for someone else. But it scared me, because it was my best friend. And I've never felt this way about a woman before. As time goes on my boyfriend and I had separated. Now, all I can think about is what do I do next. I think I may like my friend a lot. She is so beautiful and her smile is perfect, not to mention she has gorgeous ocean blue eyes.
