I’m breastfeeding, my daughter is 3 weeks and 2 days old. My bleeding got super light and left about 3 days ago. And now today my bleeding has come back heavy and looks like I just started my period. Nothing like the lochia I’ve been getting even in the first week my bleeding didn’t look this way. And I have period cramps and backache?

Is it even possible to get your period at 3 weeks postpartum and when breastfeeding.

I’m not worried about postpartum  haemorrhage as I don’t think it’s anywhere near that heavy.
