Weird Mirena Symptom?? Or miscarriage?

Hello! I had my Mirena inserted August 2019 and it’s been a horrible experience. I’m actually getting it taken out in a week because I just want to feel normal again.

But, a couple weeks ago I was experiencing all the symptoms I had when I found out I was pregnant with my son. Exhausted, sore breasts, headache, hungry. So I took a pregnancy test (while on Mirena) and I swear I saw the faintest line.

Then one day, I pulled out my tampon and idk what told me to look down but I did and saw THIS!! what is this??? I’ve never had something like this come out of me before.

I asked my doctor if I could send her a pic but she said no.. I see have an appointment with her in a week anyways.
