Hot Flashes
It's so annoying! I get got flashes periodically before or during my cycle it doesn't happen each cycle just like twice a year does anyone's else experience this? I'm only 29 thought it was premature menopause my OB said I'm too young for that and that the hot flashes were normal but I feel so alone none on my friends experience this 😭
