healthy foods (??) 8 weeks pregnant

this is my first time being pregnant and i’ve had a weird experience. i have been pretty nauseous basically everyday but it varies, one day i’ll be nauseous all day and not really want to eat, but then the next i’m hungry all day and want to eat everything. i just hit 8 weeks on Monday and was nauseas all day and threw up that night but that’s the only time i’ve thrown up and i haven’t thrown up again. my first question is, is it normal for everyday to be different like that??

second question is, what are some good healthy meals/snacks?? (unfortunately i’m a pretty picky eater and don’t like a lot of things 😕) just seeing if anyone has any easy healthy foods i could try? it’s hard when everyday is different and the only thing that sounds good are things i’m not supposed to eat lol.
