Feeding & whole milk
Rory is 1 in just a few days now, and I’ve been thinking about retiring from breastfeeding. But how do I make the transition from breast milk to whole milk? How do I get her off the boob? And is feeding her only solids sufficient enough for her? Will she get enough nutrients? She doesn’t seem to eat much she’s more interested in feeding all her food to the dogs, so how will I know she’s getting enough to sustain herself?
I’m tired of breastfeeding, but weaning seems so complicated.
