Hydrosalpinx

Hi everyone.. had an ectopic pregnancy with mtx treatment in March then the whole covid thing happened ..

I finally was able to get a hsg test and it showed both tubes patent but left tube where ectopic was suspected to have a MILD HYDROSALPINX.. since the ectopic in March and even currently I have pain on my left side and pain during intercourse .. anyone ever have this? My ob said it’s all good but !?!? I’ve read so many things on how hysterosalpinx can cause implantation issues and infertility but she didn’t mention anything! Anyone??
