Irritated af

So my husband and I have our 4th year anniversary 2maro and he told me straight up he isn't doing shit. Okay okay no matter.... but he has Never DONE SHIT for it. This is our 4th yr sitting at home not even getting flowers nor take out NOTHING. I brush it off as always.. But i have hinted and legit told him months ago how i wish he would just put some damn effort into planning a little something. Even just a picnic. He always clams its money issues. But yet he keeps buying flower (weed) its legal in our state (denver Colorado). So he clams to care so much and feel so bad about not having any $$$ to do ANYTHING for our anny. Yet all week he goes out to eat (at work) and buys $20 in weed every other day. Id be okay with him doing a back rub or something without money but he won't do it. Makes me feel like shit. Yet my sister just got taken to fucking ITALY for her 2yr anny. Uhhhhhhhhhh can't even get a coco bar. :(
