Nervous. 9 Weeks 4 days

I have a history of early miscarriages x2. So yesterday I went to the bathroom and noticed brown spotting. It was only a little bit and only once. Today it has been more frequent. Still only brown. No cramping. I have noticed that my breast are no longer sore all the time like they used to be..still slightly tender to touch. And not as swollen or full feeling. Breast tenderness was really my only symptom other than terrible acne. Acne is still here. I have an appointment Friday where they will do an ultrasound due to me having the brown spotting. Anyone else have this happen and everything turn out okay? I’m so terrified to get the ultrasound but also want to get it so so badly to find out what’s happening.
