Sperm Count Results

Hi so i just recently went to get a sonogram to check if everything was okay since ive been ttc for a little over 3 years and doctor said my ovaries are normal and that my husband should get a sperm count, so the very next day he goes and today we received the results i still don’t get a call from my doctor but the nurse did explain to my husband his results but he couldn’t explain it to me he just said it wasn’t good news. Im just wondering if someone here could help me and explain it to me.. my doctors appointment is in a few weeks i don’t think i can wait any longer...
