Pregnancy symptoms come and go

I am currently 4 + 4, and today especially I dont feel pregnant, it comes and go. I have mild cramling and stretching in my lower stomach and peliv, it comes and goes but I notice it happen more in the afternoon evening. I am hungry every 2 hours like starving. My boobs kill when I take off my bra and when I touch them. I also got my HCG levels checked on sunday and my levels are at 92.

Is this normal?
