3 year old potty training

So i have a 3 year old little girl, who for a few months was going pee on the potty daily, but never got to be fully trained.

She now no longer wants to use the p9tty at all. We use positive reinforcement, sticker charts, a toy basket, a 25 and 45 minute timer, etc. And srikl she screams bloody murder anytime we even bring up just trying to sit on the potty.

Does anyone have any suggestions. I'm 5 weeks 3 days pregnant and would like her at least semi-potty trained before the baby comes.
