Csn soap inside my sons lentils hurt his health?

So I was making my sons dinner for these couple of days. My som is 6 months 1/2 old. I used my blender and after I finished i started rinsing the residue that’s left. I didn’t put soap yet. Ones the water was inside it made a good amount of white bubbles. Almost as if I put soap in it. I’am worried because I made his lentils already. I used up the last bag. I also need that for his food for the couple of days. Now I am wondering if it was soap or it’s just the water making bubbles into the blender with residue left. Could this hurt my son in any kind of way health wise? I clean the blender with regular dish soap and I know that has a lot of chemicals in it. What should I do?
