More fertile after miscarriage?

Hi,
I had a missed miscarriage in may (I was 7weeks).
Last week I had a last check with my gynaecologist and everything was ok and she said we could try again. 
Someone told me that you are more fertile the cycle after you had a miscarriage 🤷🏻‍♀️ is this true?

You can be based on your hormones and how receptive your uterus can be after a clean out (loss)

I’ve heard that the first 3 cycles after a miscarriage you are more fertile however I have no idea how true this is.
I have heard of a lot of people getting pregnant quickly after a miscarriage within the first couple of months. My friend was trying for a baby for over a year and unfortunately lost the baby but got pregnant the cycle after. I lost my baby and got pregnant in my 3rd cycle
