Vent!
I just had a patient's wife look at me and say "you must be so excited, when are you due?" I told her I wasn't. She then asked if I had kids (I guess looking to see if it was leftover from a recent pregnancy. I told her I had none, then she looked horrified.
I have some belly fat, but I'm 5'6" 138lbs. I now wish I would have skipped lunch...
