11 month old doesn’t respond to noises

She doesn’t respond at all. I don’t know if she knows her name. She never turns her head when anyone calls her name. If we make loud noises or anything to try to get her attention it’s like she doesn’t hear us. I got into a very bad argument with my husband the other day and we were both yelling and she didn’t have any reaction at all. When I do however say the name of a childrens show she turns her head to look at the tv. If I click my tongue she also turns her head. If I sing a song she laughs. She passed her hearing test at birth so I don’t think it’s a hearing problem. She’s very social and keeps eye contact and plays with her older sister. I’m not really sure what’s going on with her and if I’m correct to be worried something is going on or if I just have an extremely stubborn child with selective listening.
