Is it smart to take my 3 year old son to Disneyland for his birthday in October with this Coronavirus going around?

So my son is turning 4 & I want to do something big for him, he’s never been & he loves everything about Disney. Buuuut I don’t know if it’s smart to take him with Coronavirus still going around. I would also be taking my 1 year old son too.
I don’t know if it will be risky by then or if I should just do a birthday party. I know he would prefer Disneyland but man idk. This is a hard one
UPDATE: Disney theme park  is opening up July 15th or the 9th I forgot what day but their opening up
Update: you guys are right, I been paranoid about it and I was unsure but this completely makes up my mind, I’ll probably give him a little birthday party at home with some family. It’s true he still is young enough to have fun regardless of where he’s at

I went to Disney at a young age and barely remember it. Disney is a lot of money, I personally would do it when both kids are older and can enjoy/remember things

I personally think its crazy. It's even more dangerous to go out now than during lockdown. To each their own though. As for me and my family we will postpone all trips to theme parks (we live in Los Angeles) and camping which we do these things every summer. It is a bummer but its better safer than sorry. I find things that they can do outside with each other or as a family. For my sons 5th bday we just had a huge water day with water balloons and just having fun in our backyard. We bbq'd and just had a good family day.

they’re going to be booked into 2021 i would assume since they’re honoring prior reservations first so, no i don’t think it’s smart to go, but even if it was safe, it would be really difficult to get a reservation.

maybe you can go all out for his 5th birthday. Disney is going to be packed with people, not to mention the amount of cases will probably be way higher than they are now. I would play it safe, he is young enough to where he’ll have fun regardless of where it’s at

I would wait for Disney for two reasons: one it’s dangerous, two he will enjoy it more when he’s older anyway, go on more rides, have the memory when he is older, etc. but you could always go next year once it’s safe for covid and he’s still young and then go again in like 7 years for memories and big rides
