Need advice

The last 3 months before I actually found out I was pregnant, I was having positive pregnancy tests but what seemed to be a period each month so i just took it as them tests were giving false results, only ever used cheapie tests but now it’s been confirmed properly this month with clearblue, could I be further along around 16+ or actually within the estimated weeks I am 8 weeks , guess I won’t know until my ultrasound Monday, just seeing what everyone thinks🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
