SA results?

We had a 2nd trimester loss in January. These are hubby’s SA results from March. He has been taking a medication that is known to impair sperm count and other numbers. He is going to do another SA next month after he has been off of that med for three months. Even looking at these, my doctor said she is hopeful as far as IUI. I can only hope that the numbers have gone up in the past few months.

Has anyone gotten pregnant with similar numbers? Looking for some hope 😕
